A deposit for one night is required for a stay of 1 to 4 days.
A deposit of 50% for a stay of 4 days or more.
100% deposit refund:
if you cancel 30 days or more prior to the date of your reservation.
Deposit refund:
if you cancel less than 30 days prior to your reservation
and the owner is able to rent your room
to one or more customers.

In all other cases, your deposit is not refundable.
